Missing Chandler woman found in Phoenix-area motel

Posted: Updated:

CHANDLER, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a woman missing since leaving her Chandler home last weekend has been found in a Phoenix-area motel.

Chandler police say 34-year-old Jamie Biddulph-Seman was located Monday afternoon by the motel staff.

They say she was in a semi-conscious condition, suffering from an apparent self-induced medical condition.

Additional details aren't immediately available.

Police say Biddulph-Seman was taken to a Phoenix area hospital and is expected to recover.

They say she left her home about 8:45 p.m. Saturday and then called her husband two hours later to tell him she was going to sleep in her vehicle for the night and would see him at church the next morning.

Police say Biddulph-Seman did not show up for church and the seach for her began.
