No vote yet for state aid package to Detroit

LANSING, Mich. (WJBK) - No voting happened Tuesday in Lansing on the $195 million state aid package for retirees in Detroit. Nonetheless, Mayor Mike Duggan and eight Detroit City Council were out in force to line up the 'yes' votes.
