PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Catching one home run ball in a game is amazing, but try to catch two home runs in the same game, that's next to impossible.

How impossible? Well, you have a 1 in 196,000,000 chance of snagging a pair of home run balls in the same game. Those odds are more like astronomical, but that's exactly what happened to one Arizona Diamondback's fan at this weekend's game.

DBacks fan Cameraon Wright was definitely in the right place at Saturday's game against the L.A. Dodges catching not one but two home run balls.

"When I saw the ball coming I looked over, and my whole family wasn't playing attention, so I looked up, and I said I really need to catch this ball so that no one gets hit," said Cameron Wright.

But that ball was hit by Dodger's player Yasiel Puig, so being a good fan Cameron tossed it right back onto the field. Then in the next inning another homer from Diamondbacks player Chris Owings headed right for Cameron.

"I turned around real quick and kind of elbowed my fiancee in the process, and that's when it ricocheted and landed right at my feet, and I just picked it up," said Wright.

"Yeah, he was so excited he got another chance to get the ball, I was trying to get out of the way but there was no good way to get out of the seats, and when he turned around he clocked me in the shoulder," said Samantha Hammer.

"Everybody in my section came up, and even a Dodger fan came up and said "hey can I get your picture with you?", So it was kind of funny," said Wright.

The against all odds catches came up on Cameron's mom Linda's birthday, and he's giving her the baseball as soon as it's singed by the Diamondbacks.

"All over the United States our friends have seen it on different sport networks... I couldn't have had a better birthday" said Linda Inwood.
