PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Firefighters in San Diego County continue to have their hands full battling nine wildfires in Southern California.

Thousands of people are forced to evacuate their home, some knowing they won't have a home to come back to.

Many residents of the valley have family in San Diego who have been evacuated, others are worried their homes could be destroyed.

One ASU graduate's family had to miss her graduation because they had to evacuate their home.

While she should be celebrating the success of her hard work her mind is on her family in San Diego.
