FLORIDA - Joseph James Snyder knows how to make an entrance.

"Our mommy is pregnant, and her water just broke," said Jazmine McEnaney.

His 8-year-old sister, Jazmine, was on the phone with 911 at 7 a.m. While her mom, Krystle, was screaming in pain and panicking as she lay on the floor of her bathroom.

JJ arrived two weeks early.

"If she wasn't there to call 911, there's no way I would have made it to that phone," said Krystle Garcia.

"Are you having contractions?" asked Emily Hall, the 911 dispatcher who answered Jazmine's call.

"Yes, very bad," said Garcia.

"I saw the baby's head," said McEnaney.

Hall knew she had a doozy.

"When her mom would scream, she would scream with her," said Hall.

On speaker phone, Hall gave Jazmine and Krystle instructions.

McEnaney unlocked the door, paramedics raced, but so did JJ; labor lasted only six minutes.

"I want you to place the palm of your hand.." said Hall

"The baby is out! The baby is out! Jazmine, is the baby out?" said Garcia

"I had to get towels and support his head," said McEnaney.

"I was freaking out the whole time. She said he was out., but I didn't hear anything, I didn't know you don't hear anything till they get the stuff out. I was just hearing silence. I thought I was giving birth to a dead baby," said Garcia.

"It was not crying yet. I just said my little prayer at that point," said Hall.

Paramedics arrived and quickly realized JJ was just being much quieter than his mom and sister. He was fine.

Jazmine got a certificate from hospital nurses and new admiration from her mom.

"She definitely stayed calm when she needed to. I was hysterical," said Garcia.
