TEMPE, Ariz. - There's a new company in Tempe that makes healthy meals to go -- so healthy that you could lose 25 pounds in just one month.

"Multiple salads, chicken fajitas, steak fajitas, fish dishes.. you name it, we've got it."

The chefs at F3 Foods are busy every day, cooking up healthy foods that do not include chocolate or bread.

They have lasagna -- it's portion controlled and gluten-free and it's delicious.

That's the idea.  They don't want you to think you're on a diet.

"There's a lot of flavor.. it's not overly spiced or over salted, it's low sodium.. there's a lot of flavor," said Michael Wystrach, co-founder of F3F.

That's how Wystrach lost weight.

"I went to my father-in-law.  He's a weight loss doctor.  He designed this awesome program for me and I started sharing it," he said.

F3 Foods turned into a big business -- cooking and delivering thousands of meals for customers across the country.

"Everything is pre-packaged, then we load it in a completely recycled package, ship it to your home with dry ice," said Wystrach.

There are 75 different dishes and you get to pick your meals.  Wystrach says if you stick to it, you can lose 25 pounds in one month.

The meals will cost about $200 a week and that's for three meals a day.
