Phoenix Police say a teenage girl remains in critical condition Sunday after she was injured in an accident while riding an all-terrain vehicle.

Police spokesman Steve Martos says a 16-year-old and a 12-year-old were riding ATVs near 36th Avenue and Minnezona Avenue on Saturday night.  Martos says the girls were trying to take a photo while riding and ended up hitting a parked vehicle.

Martos says that the 12-year-old girl has been released from the hospital.  The 16-year-old remains in critical condition at a Valley hospital.
