Police Arrest Hamburg Man For Corner Deli Armed Robbery

Police arrested a New Jersey man after an armed robbery occurred at the Corner Deli in Franklin Township.

On March 18th, 2014 police responded to reports of robbery at the deli. The man entered the store and demanded money or he would kill the store owner.

The man then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The surveillance video showed a man with an outstanding warrant for a burglary in Hamburg earlier in the month.

After investigation, detectives arrested Andrew Fackrell, 22, of Hamburg NJ. Fackrell has been charged with first degree armed robbery, weapons possession charges, terroristic threats, and theft.

Bail was set at $250,000 with no ten percent option.  He has been lodged in the Sussex County Jail pending his first Court appearance.
