PHOENIX (KSAZ) -

A lot of guys popped the question over the holidays and their soon to be brides need a gown.
A well known television star turned bridal gown designer is in Scottsdale this weekend to help them brides to be find their dream dress.

Heading into his eighth season of "My Fair Wedding" on WE TV, David Tutera is taking on another task, designing quality wedding gowns between $1,000 and $2,000 dollars.

"I found a niche which was missing a price point for girls to really walk down the aisle in style and there's a look for every personality, and a different silhouette for every body type, and a different fabrication for every style bride," said Tutera.

His gowns are available at 500 stores nationwide including Roxanne's Couture in Scottsdale where's he's helping brides find the perfect gown for their walk down the aisle.

"I always say that's the moment we wait for as a designer as a bride, as a family member that's the moment were just hoping happens and don't as a bride second guess it, just embrace it and know that that's your dress," said Tutera.

After seeing his flawless taste on TV for years brides are eager to take his advice when choosing their gowns.

"I can say no that dress is the wrong dress and I can tell them why in a very polite way that I want them to try on a dress that perhaps they didn't think was the right dress and it will click...  they'll see that I have a vision for knowing what the right dress is for them which is exactly why I created the line," he said.

David isn't just designing gowns he also has a jewelry and shoe lines plus a new show on Sirius XM radio.

David Tutera's designs will be on display at a fashion event Saturday Evening at The Venue of Scottsdale starting at 7 p.m.
