See the planes that inspired Disney's comedy "Planes" in Tucson

The Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson is showcasing several planes that were the inspiration for the Disney animated film "Planes".

The aircraft on display at the museum include a crop duster "snow", a Boeing F-18 "Echo & Bravo", Vought F4U Corsair "Skipper", and a North American P-51 Mustang "Ripslinger".

Visitors can obtain a sheet that highlights the animated and real versions of the warbirds. The museum is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 7 days a week, call (520) 574-0462 for details.
