LITHIA SPRINGS, Ga. -

Police in Douglas County say a 93-year-old woman was living in filthy conditions and her daughter as well as her granddaughter is to blame. They say there were drugs, children and stolen good inside that same house.

Police were serving a warrant on a North County Line Road when they discovered the woman and the deplorable conditions. They found the woman locked up in the basement bedroom having been there for the last 6 months. She had no bathroom and no way to get water or food.

The warrant was for possible drug activity at the home. Neighbors say there were people always coming and going from the home.

Police didn't find just drugs, but also 22 animals, 100 cell phones and 20 to 40 flash drives with victims' personal information on them. Also inside were three children ages 2, 7 and 9. Upon further inspection, they also found meth pips inside the children's rooms and even in their beds.

Officials describe the home as a hoarder's house with clutter everywhere you turned.

Sheriff's officers arrested 61-year-old Ida Elizabeth McNeill, her daughter 33-year-old Meredith Onata McNeill, and 32-year-old Mark Gunby during the raid on Monday. They face child cruelty, drug possession and other drug related charges.

The children and woman were placed into protective custody.
