Applications accepted for Ga. teen art showcase

Posted: Updated:

ATLANTA (AP) - Officials at Atlanta's Woodruff Arts Center say applications are being accepted for the Voices and Vibes Festival, which gives area teens a chance to perform, participate in workshops and more.

Officials say the May 10 event at the Woodruff Arts Center culminates with the "Voices" showcase, which gives teens a chance to sing, dance, perform poetry, and show filmmaking projects.

Officials say auditions for the program are being held Jan. 11 and 12 at the Woodruff Arts Center.

The Voices and Vibes festival is produced by the Wells Fargo ArtsVibe program and the four divisions of the Woodruff Arts Center.
