Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Old City Philadelphia is ditching its Cuban staples for a night and going Filipino. And it's all to benefit the victims of Typhoon Haiyan.

Officials in the Philippines say more than 5,200 people were killed. Millions are out of their homes.

"Good Day Philadelphia's" Mike Jerrick was live Monday morning at the restaurant on Second Street to sample some of the special dishes with Cuba Libre's executive chef, Jasper Alivia.

The restaurant's Filipino pop-up dinner is Monday night. It will cost $35 per person with 100 percent of profits going to the American Red Cross.

It will feature a four-course "prix fixe" menu of modern Filipino fare.

For more information, check out Cuba Libre's website or Facebook page.
