DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. -

Police made an arrest at the Douglasville City Council meeting on Monday.

Douglasville police arrested a business owner accused of selling synthetic drugs at his store on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.   

The hearing was to decide whether to revoke or suspend business licenses of recently-raided stores.

Before it was over, officers had arrested the owner of Hell Yeah Novelties. His was one of several stores raided during a county-wide sweep, including Elite Adult on Douglas Boulevard.
