Recipe for Kombu Dashi
4 Quarts Water
½ Cup Dashi (smoked Bonita Flakes)
5x6 Post Card of Kombu (Seaweed)
2lbs of Pork Shoulder
½ Cup Fresh Garlic and Peeled Fresh Ginger
Set it for 2.5 hours then strain and serve with any noodle
