NEW BALTIMORE, Mich. (WJBK) -

Two men are in custody in connection with a fire that destroyed a popular New Baltimore restaurant.

Chief Timothy Wiley says the men, ages 27 and 33, are both from New Baltimore and could faces charges of arson and breaking and entering.

Earlier this week, investigators determined the fire at Poncho's Mexican Restaurant on Green Street was intentionally set near the restaurant's rear entrance.

Firefighters responded to a 911 call after 7 a.m. Sunday to find the restaurant's engulfed in flames.

Wiley says the men in custody do not have any connection with the restaurant's owners or their families.

No one was injured in the fire.
