As a child star on the popular show "Growing Pains," Kirk Cameron achieved success any actor would envy.
He's since used that fame and influence to help spread the message of his Christian faith to others through his new documentary film, "Unstoppable."
“This is by far the most personal project I’ve ever done. It’s about a friend of mine, 15 years old, who he died of cancer this year. I’m tackling the question why does god let bad things happen to good people. This is a film that’s going to be broadcast live to 700 theaters across the country," said Cameron.
The self-described “recovering atheist” is also a father of six.
“I came to love God and be thankful for the things in my life,” said Cameron.
Cameron and Chelsea Noble have been married for 20 years.
“That’s something like 200 in Hollywood years.""Unstoppable" hit theaters next Tuesday.
Actor Bruce Dern is a legend in the business even if he's best known for playing villains and sociopaths. Dern has been in Hollywood films for over 40 years and was nominated for an Oscar, Golden Globes, and an Emmy.
