EVO chef shares how to make hearty bruschetta with leftovers

Chef Jeff Caswell, of EVO in Scottsdale, shows us how to turn bruschetta into a meal by using leftovers and ingredients you already have in your pantry.
 
Caswell suggests using specialty cheeses, balsamic vinegar, last night's leftover steak, grilled asparagus (or another vegetable you have on hand) to easily whip together into a succulent meal after just a few minutes under the broiler.
