Recipe: Labor Day potato salad from D.B.A. Barbecue

ATLANTA -

Potato Salad recipe:
5 pounds red potatoes
Clean, quarter and boil in salted water until slightly soft.  Chill with cold water.
Half of a green bell pepper, finely diced.  
Quarter of a red bell pepper, finely diced.
1 stick of celery, finely diced.
1 cup chopped onion
4 finely chopped hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt
1 1/4 cup of your favorite mayonnaise
2 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 cup white sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Combine potatoes and wet mixture by gently folding. Try not to mash the potatoes. Cover and put in refrigerator for two hours to chill. Best if overnight. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
