2 more suspects arrested for immigrant's heat death

PHOENIX -

A total of five people have been arrested after an immigrant died from heat exhaustion in July.

Deputies say one of eight heat exhaustion victims died after the group was found in the back of a U-Haul van in July at an I-10 gas station at Picacho Peak northwest of Tucson.

Nathan Lamb, Elizabeth Kay and Yolanda Banda have already been arrested in connection to the death.

The fourth suspect, 28-year-old Gerad Punch, was arrested July 18 and the fifth suspect, 53-year-old Enrique Morales Velazquez, was arrested August 13.

The Pinal County Sheriff's Office is still looking for a sixth suspect, 39-year-old Gerald Alan Turner, who is wanted on felony murder charges.

Deputies say he should be considered armed and dangerous. Call 911 with any information regarding his location.

Punch was booked for one count of 1st degree murder one count of 2nd degree murder, six counts conspiracy to commit kidnapping and six counts conspiracy to commit human smuggling.
