Attention nature lovers, today was the grand opening of a great location to get an up close view of some local wildlife.
The new observation area and boardwalk is now open at the Lake St. Clair Metropark. The new 700-foot-long boardwalk is located in the Pointe Rose Marsh and promises to be a great way to get close to wildlife and birds. It also connects on one side with an existing nature trail system.
