One-of-a-kind Decopod Scooter stops by FOX 2

Posted: Updated:
NORTHVILLE, Mich. (WJBK) -

A one-of-a-kind decopod scooter stopped by the Fox 2 parking lot Friday before moving on to the Concours d'Elegance in Northville.

The scooter belongs to the CEO of WADL TV 38 Kevin Adell, and is valued at $50,000. There's only one other scooter like it, and it belongs to Jay Leno.

If the scooter looks familiar, you may have seen it on the A&E show "Storage Wars." The millionaire collector Barry Weiss has even driven it around.

The scooter will be on display at the Concours d'Elegance at the Inn at St. John's in Northville. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 28.

For more information about the Concours d'Elegance, visit concoursusa.org.
