Celebrate your freedom and enjoy a fantastic fireworks show at the Tempe Town Lake Festival on Thursday night.
Even though it's a time of celebration, the 19 fallen firefighters of Prescott are still on everyone's minds. The event will have a 4 foot boot where people can put in donations for the 100 Club of Arizona.
If you'd like to party in VIP, tickets are $60 for adults and $30 for kids (ages 5 to 12). They're available only online through Thursday at 4 p.m.
The perks? Sally's BBQ and Pepsi VIP Garden Dinner (from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm) Choice of BBQ Chicken or Pork Sandwich, baked Beans, Lay's Chips, watermelon, dessert and two beverages. They'll get seating in a misted area that's prime viewing for the fireworks show.
Items allowed inside the event:
1 gallon of sealed water per person, blankets, portable chairs, personal cameras and personal umbrellas - up to 48" are permitted. All persons and bags are subject to search.
Items not allowed:
No firearms, knives or other weapons. The use of Consumer Fireworks is illegal in the City of Tempe. The use of novelty fireworks including sparklers are prohibited inside Tempe Beach Park. No food or coolers. No skates, bicycles or skateboards. No pop up tents. No pets (service animals are permitted).
