Trainer Ky Evans Brings The Workout To Fly The Friendly Skies

Personal fitness expert and head trainer at The Studio (MDR) in Marina del Rey, Ky Evans has designed a quick upper body workout for those stuck on a plane that can be done in your airplane seat that will leave you feeling energized, rejuvenated and stress-free for arrival at your next destination.

Nothing is worse than a stiff back, stiff knees, tight neck so Ky showed Maria & Steve exercises you can do from your plane seat that are fun, simple and a safe way to alleviate that and are for any age.

Ky will demonstrate each one of the following…

  1. Spine Stretch
  2. Abdominal Crunch (for the upper and middle abs and a great stretch for the lower back and spine) Good for the six pack
  3. Torso Twist (rt & left side) with Single Knee Lift (for the obliques and another great stretch for lower back and mobility in spine) Good for waist line
  4. Side Bends (for the obliques and another great stretch for lower back and mobility in spine) Good for waist line
  5. Double Knee Crunch (for lower abs) Good for flattening out that stomach
    Roman Chair (for lower and upper abs)
  6. Finish with a Spine Stretch
