SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -

One person died in a multi-vehicle collision at Frank Lloyd Wright and Raintree Drive Thursday afternoon.

According to Scottsdale Police, a Honda Ridgeline driven by 24-year-old Justin P. Snowbarger was driving eastbound on Frank Lloyd Wright and ran the red light at Raintree Drive.

The Ridgeline crashed into a Chevrolet Pickup truck, which was turning left at the intersection. The Chevrolet spun into a third car, a Nissan coupe.

The driver of the Nissan, Kevin S. MacDougall, 57, sustained injuries that proved to be fatal. He was transported to SHC-Osborn and pronounced dead.

Snowbarger was not injured, and the driver of the Chevrolet pickup, 59-year-old David Price,  received only minor injury.

Police do not suspect impairment. Snowbarger will be cited for failing to yield to a red light.
