Junior golfers were given 140,000 donated golf balls and the chance to get members passes for next year's Waste Management Phoenix Open on Wednesday.
The golfers, ages 8 to 18, teed off with pro golfers and Phoenix Thunderbirds to try to win members passes to the 2014 Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Waste Management donated 140,000 golf balls to the Junior Golf Association of Arizona to use for their "Hole-in-One Challenge" before the Thunderbird Junior Classic at Biltmore Golf Club.
The junior golfers hit thousands of golf balls collected during this year's Phoenix Open; the balls were also seen in the 18th hole's water feature.
To win the challenge, golfers tried to get a hole-in-one into Waste Management recycling bins.
