GROSSE POINTE PARK, Mich. (WJBK) -

Grosse Pointe Park police are releasing very little information on this case except to say that, at this point, they're waiting on results of the autopsy.

That autopsy is now complete on 35-year-old Sabrina Gianino. Her death was ruled a homicide. She was strangled.

Her boyfriend called 911 after finding her in his home on Wayburn with a cord around her neck just after 12:00 a.m. Thursday.

Who could do this to Gianino? She was an animal lover, who worked just down the street at the Platz Animal Hospital. Her boyfriend, the man she called her future husband on Facebook, works at the restaurant just next door. He was questioned by police on Thursday and released.

The back door was left open at the Wayburn home. Gianino's phone, computer and bag are missing.
