PRESCOTT, Ariz. -

Prescott Police have arrested a 32-year-old man who grabbed two women in a sexual manner at a downtown bar.

Thursday night, 32-year-old Antonio Lopez Perez was arrested on two counts of sexual abuse.

Police say that two women in their early 20s were dancing in the bar when Perez forcibly grabbed them. They did not know Perez and were very offended by his actions.

Perez fled the bar, and the woman informed bar staff, who called police.

Officers arrived and located Perez a few blocks away. He was positively identified by both women.

Perez claimed he didn't speak English and was "loco." He did not make any further statements when questioned in Spanish.

He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail.
