Passenger attacked on subway train

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Police are looking for the man who apparently randomly punched a passenger in a brutal attack on a Queens bound No. 7 train.

The attack took place in the early morning hours on May 5th.

Cell phone video was given to authorities that shows the suspect punching the unidentified victim.

The video appears to show the man waiting to make sure someone else is videotaping him before throwing an unprovoked punch to a the head of a seated passenger.

The attack happed at about 1:00 a.m. on a train filled with passengers.

Police say the attacker got off of the train at the 69th Street Station.

The suspect is described as White or Hispanic, around 5'9", 180 pounds with brown eyes and long black hair with a pony tail. He was wearing a dark T-shirt and blue jeans.
