CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

We've heard of yoga in the park and even on the beach—but, in the middle of the street?

A shirtless man was spotted in the middle of Michigan Avenue near Washington Thursday morning showing off his flexibility in a downward facing dog pose.

The yogi, who came well-equipped with his own mat, didn't slow traffic at all but did catch the attention of plenty of snap-happy passerby.

The cars whizzing by didn't faze the man either, who is either very good at getting in touch with his inner-self, or he's participating in a new internet planking craze – "downward dogging" anyone?
