Four James Beard Award winners will participate in a culinary event at CityScape on Sunday.
Chefs Chris Bianco, Nobuo Fukuda, Christopher Gross and Robert McGrath will attend Eight's "Check, Please!" Arizona Festival.
They'll talk about Phoenix as a culinary destination, their cooking journey and their experience receiving the James Beard Award.
The annual awards are comparable to the Academy Awards, but for chefs.
Nine Arizonans have won the foundation's "Best Chef - Southwest," more recipients than any other Southwestern state.
Bianco was given the honor in 2003 for his work with Pizzeria Bianco. He also owns Pane Bianco, winner of "best sandwich" in Phoenix several times, Italian Restaurant and Union Jacks in Britain.
FOX 10 caught up with Bianco before the big event.
