CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, Pa. -

Police in Cheltenham Township say a traffic stop on Sunday led to the discovery of 4 kilograms of heroin packed inside the trunk of a car.

According to police, a Chrysler 300 was pulled over Sunday night around 8:15 p.m. for traffic violations. Investigators say the driver, identified as 34-year-old Frankie Melecio Laboy, was nervous and was allegedly uncooperative with officers.

Laboy was taken into custody after police say a check of his background revealed an outstanding warrant out of Florida for receiving stolen property.

The car was seized and on Monday, police say they executed a search warrant, where they discovered the heroin. Investigators estimate the heroin to be worth a street value of $1.2 million.

Laboy faces possession with intent to deliver, police said.

    NICE EASTER WEEKEND

The first half of the holiday weekend has been great and Easter Sunday looks just as nice. Clouds thin out late tonight with temperatures falling back to the 40s.

Initially it'll be jacket weather early Sunday morning but plenty of sunshine will warm us into the 60s by afternoon.  High temperatures will be a few degrees cooler than Saturday.

It will be noticeably cooler and breezy at the shore with highs in the low 50s.  Quiet conditions continue into Monday.
