Renowned Chef Brian Malarkey stopped by FOX 10 before demonstrating his cooking skills at the Great Arizona Picnic on Saturday.
The event is part of Scottsdale Culinary Festival and features 50 restaurants, 200 types of beer, and over 16 hours of live music on Saturday and Sunday.
Malarkey is known for his appearance on Bravo's "Top Chef" and is behind Scottsdale restaurant Searsucker.
He, along with other well known chefs, are teaching the tricks-of-the-trade at the Great Arizona Picnic.
The expo will showcase the latest cookware, knives and appliances and allow visitors to sample delicious eats.
Plus, there'll be a Cocktail Culture Lounge with seminars from the Valley's top mixologists.
Malarkey teaches Kristen and Marc how to make some of his favorite dishes.
