A barista at a Starbucks in Michigan has been told by her employer to remove the heart-shaped tattoo on her hand or resign. Kayla, 27, who only gave her first name, told a media outlet in Michigan that she's had the tattoo for five years and even had it when she was hired. The coffee company says she has 30 days to remove the ink or leave, for good. The tattoo, located above her thumb, is no bigger than a penny.

NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) -

The schools superintendent in Florence Township, N.J., has suspended players from the varsity baseball team for hazing. Now an internal investigation is underway.

The Florence Township Memorial High School varsity baseball team played without several of its players on Tuesday.

In a statement the superintendent said: "Our findings are that a small group of players acted in an inappropriate manner."

Concerned parents told Fox 5 that the incident involved hazing.

The Trenton Times quoted two sources that say that hazing incident included holding down a player while several others on the team bit him causing marks that broke the skin. Another source told the Times this ritual that has gone on for years.

Some parents we talked to had heard about it from their children. Most were understandably concerned.

A student reported the incident.

The superintendent said the school follows New Jersey's anti-bullying bill of rights. She did not release names of the students involved. She would only say the district is committed to providing a safe environment for all students.
