LA City Councilman Dennis Zine: The Women Need A New Truck, They Need To Get Back To Work

This morning there's a stumbling block keeping two newspaper delivery women in Torrance from getting a new truck from the LAPD.
These were the women who were mistakenly shot at, one wounded…and their truck riddled with bullets during the Christopher Dorner manhunt. LA Police Chief Charlie Beck promised them a brand new truck.
But the women would have to pay a ten-thousand dollar federal gift tax they can't afford.
Joining us was LA City Councilman Dennis Zine…who has been working on a solution to this situation.
