NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A teenager was killed and four other people were injured when a mini-van plowed onto a Queens sidewalk on Monday morning.

It happened at about 10:30 a.m. at 30th St. and Thompson Ave.in front of LaGuardia Community College.

The NYPD says a driver of a 2002 Dodge Caravan lost control and jumped onto the sidewalk.

All of the victims were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital.  16-year-old Drudak Tenzin was identified as the victim who did not survive.

The other four victims were listed in stable condition on Monday afternoon.

The investigation was continuing.  Police did not release the name of the driver.
