The housing market has been improving around the valley and the
National Association of Realtors has named Phoenix as one of the best
cities to sell your home in.
The Phoenix-Mesa area comes in at number two, while San Francisco takes the top spot and Washington comes in third.
The Association says the number of homes for sale are declining, so buyers are getting competitive and owners are spending less time trying to sell.
Home sales in the metro area are up more than 23 percent.
