South Mountain was full of hikers climbing for a good cause on Saturday.
Thousands of people attended the annual Climb to Conquer Cancer, which raises money for the American Cancer Society.
The ACS helps prevent or detect cancer early, help guide people through the process if they're diagnosed, works to find cures through donations and research, works with lawmakers to pass laws to defeat cancer and organizes events to get people to join the fight.
The society's website says they've played a role in nearly every major cancer breakthrough in recent history.
FOX 10's Kristin Anderson joins the climb and talks to participants.
