Grimaldi's Pizzeria Day

Grimaldi's Pizzeria is hosting a 10 year anniversary birthday bash this Sunday.

With a $3 donation, you'll have access to the festivities, with all of the proceeds going to Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Featured activities include interactive games, pizza-eating competitions, designated kids area, a World Champion dough thrower, a gaming truck, a magician, a flash mob, fun with Radio Disney and more exciting surprises.

Grimaldi's Bruschetta Pizza

1. Place store bought or Grimaldi's  pizza dough on a pizza stone.
2. Place appropriate amount of sliced mozzarella around the dough.  Leave ½ inch space around the outer edge for crust.
3. Sprinkle chopped garlic on pizza
4. Sprinkle black pepper, oregano and grated cheese evenly over the entire pizza.
5. Lightly pour small amount of olive oil on pizza in a circular motion out from the center of the pizza.
6. Cook in oven at 450 degrees, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Top pizza with  diced tomatoes.
8. Top pizza with shopped basil
9. Top pizza with shredded parmesan
10. Cut into slices.
