MILLSBORO, Del. -

A Millsboro man was arrested and charged with five counts Sexual Solicitation of a Child Under 18, Delaware State Police announced Thursday.

Stanley Daniel Zakrociemski, 36, turned himself into the authorities Wednesday, according to police.

Detectives were contacted  after a fellow employee discovered that he was allegedly sending suggestive text messages to a 17-year old student at Sussex Technical High School.

The messages began as far back as March of 2012, investigators said, and continued until the employee uncovered the text messages earlier this week

The alleged relationship between Zakrociemski and the 17-year-old, who turned 18 in December of 2012, never became physical in nature.
