Police need help finding a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a woman near 3rd Avenue and 2nd Street on Sunday morning.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, approximately 30 to 40 years of age, 5'08" tall, with a medium build, graying black hair, blue eyes, and an unkempt beard.
