It's go time for this group of moms at CrossFit Incendia.
The workout of the day is a mix of box jumps, wall balls and kettle bell swings, functional real-life moments -- each woman working hard, competing against themselves to get better and stronger each time.
Coaching the class is fellow mother and CrossFitter Lisa Vayda.
Just 10 months ago, Lisa was like every mom out there -- busy, tired and desperate to get rid of the baby weight.
"When I had my second child, Cameron, I was 37 years old. I could barely chase my kids. I wanted to be able to keep up with them as well as I wanted to lose weight quickly," she said.
"When I started CrossFit, I was a vegetarian and I had smoked for 20 years and had recently quit smoking. I joined CrossFit and decided to give myself six months to see if it was all it was cracked up to be."
She dove in head first, sweating through foreign workouts and adapting a paleo diet. The two components presented her with results she never thought possible.
It was through her own transformation that she and her husband, whom had been CrossFitting for years, decided they needed to share their passion with others who were striving to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
"I left my full time job to open this gym because I know that there are other women that go through what I have gone through and I am hoping that I can use my story to help them walk in the doors because CrossFit is so intimidating and I remember how I felt that very first day knowing my husband had done it. I wasn't an athlete at all," added Vayda.
CrossFit Incendia was born and in just a few months, they have created a place that caters to athletes of all levels -- from competitors to mothers who are looking to get their sexy back.
When asked why she keeps coming back, Christie Hakiel replied, "..just had a baby..6 months ago..I did think that everybody here at the gym helps us to push ourselves even further."
Most of the ladies commit themselves to three days a week with CrossFit 101 -- a different workout each time. It keeps their bodies guessing and constantly changing.
"I thought there was no way I could do this..seeing my husband come on a daily basis, it pushed me to come and meeting the moms in the group it was like, okay I can do this," said Stacy Garza.
Tish McCall adds, "I have gotten the best results. I have had the best experience. I had a really hard time after I had the third child, but since I have been coming here, I just am getting in the best shape and I feel amazing."
As for the biggest goal? Kara Waszak says, "I lost 9 pounds in 10 weeks, so I was excited.."

"All I can say is try it. As hard as it is to walk through the door the first time, we will make you very comfortable and you will enjoy that workout..as you will meet some new friends that will support you along the way."
