The Mavericks, a new men's leadership group based in the west valley, is putting on the event to hopefully raise $25,000, enough to build a single patient room in PCH's new Avondale facility.
General Admission tickets give attendees unlimited stops at restaurant stations and drink tickets and beer, wine and spirits.
One of the restaurants showcasing its eats is Betty's Nosh, a mushroom bar known by their signature stuffed mushrooms.
If you're not a fan of fungi, they offer to serve the stuffing on crostini.
Chef Romeo came to FOX 10 to show us how to make "Angry Shrimp" stuffed mushrooms and Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms.

$45 general admission, $100 Wigwam VIP, $10 kids 12 and under.
Small shrimp 5 lbs
Sweet Chile Sauce 1/2 bottle
Tobasco Sauce 1/1 cup
Alfredo Sauce 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese 1 1/2 cups
Panko Bread Crumbs 1 1/2 cups
Mix all ingredients and use a 1 oz scoop to put in each button mushroom, cook for 4 minutes top with sauce and serve
