Trying to lose weight? Stuck at losing those last few pounds? Dr. Ian K. Smith, author of SHRED: The Revolutionary Diet, may have the answer for you.

He stopped by Good Day Atlanta to talk about the SHRED diet and his new book!

Dr. Smith will be Atlanta City Hall on Thursday, January 31, when the city kicks off its Employee Wellness Program. The event will be held at the Atlanta City Hall Atrium.
