Police in Atlanta's northeast suburbs are investigating a series of car break-ins.
Gwinnett County police say they're searching for a suspect who is believed to be responsible for 21 car break-ins that began in October.
Gwinnett County police Cpl. Jake Smith tells the Gwinnett Daily Post (http://bit.ly/WPYBZy) that he appears to be in his 30s or 40s, and has used an older model white pickup truck and four-door passenger car during the crimes.
Police say the suspect has targeted vehicles in parks and churches, and typically uses victims' credit and debit cards to make purchases at several retail locations. The crimes have continued into January.
Smith said investigators have surveillance photos of the man leaving a Target store after one purchase with a victim's stolen credit card.
