Tourists rejoice at warmer-than-average Phoenix weather

PHOENIX -
The Midwest is under a deep freeze. Temperatures in some states are dipping well below zero. But here in Arizona there is record breaking heat for the second day in a row.
The high today was 81 degrees. The weather is making valley tourists very happy.
