A man was struck and killed by a subway car at the Times Square station Tuesday morning, according to the NYPD.

The deadly incident on the northbound No. 2 subway line occurred just before 10 a.m.  It is not clear how the man ended up on the tracks.

Service is disrupted on the No. 2 and No. 3 lines.

No. 2 trains are running on the No. 5 line in both directions between the Nevins Street Station and 149-Grand Concourse Station.

No. 3 trains are running local between Chambers Street and 96th Street.
