
New changes to a popular visa among Mexican immigrants and the continuing violence in the country are resulting in record number applications for the program.
Some are calling it a visa for sale, but good for the economy.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' Immigrant Investor Program, also known as "EB-5," allows wealthy foreigners a chance to move their families to the United States, as long as they invest in a business that creates at least 10 new jobs here.
The cheapest option comes with a $500,000 price tag.
