Justin Bieber may have conquered the music business, and now he's making the leap into the financial services world.

He's becoming the latest celebrity to put his name behind a pre-paid debit card aimed at teens.

The website billmyparents.com has partnered with the singer to launch their pre-paid debit card.

The idea is to help teens learn about financial responsibility -- but is a multi-millionaire teen living the extravagant life the best financial role model?
