CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
When is selling your home for $3 million dollars a bad thing? When it was originally listed for $25 million.
The Tribune says the Villa Taj, a 30,000-square foot mansion in Burr Ridge, has been sold to a bank trust for $22 million less than its original asking price.
The Taj was built by a dentist in 2009, but he eventually lost it to foreclosure.
The mansion was heavily damaged by a flood when some pipes burst in 2011.
